  2 experiences with this place, Took them a generator and they claimed the carburetor was shot, but said it would cost more to fix than the generator was worth, the kicker is they said they would keep the generator and get rid of it for us.(looked online the Carburetor was $25 on amazon). For some reason we went back when our chainsaw went down. They said sure they could fix it just wanted to make sure we were ok with the price. We told them no problem then weeks later we get a call, it can not be fixed, but instead of charging us for attempting to fix it, what do you know they offered to keep the saw and use it for parts instead of charging us. So moral of the story is you can take your stuff to them but it probably wont get fix and youll just end up donating your equipment to Lincolnton Outdoors.
